Can (anyone) I purchase from Darice?
To purchase from Darice, you must have a Vendor’s License or Tax I.D. # and a valid store front. Merchandise purchased must be for use in manufacturing or resale. A copy of your Vendor’s License or Tax Exemption must be on file with our home office prior to order placement.

How do I become a customer?
The first step to becoming a Darice customer is to fill out and submit a completed credit application to our Credit Department. Your credit application can been submitted online, mailed or faxed. All new accounts will be shipped on a credit card or cash with order basis until credit is approved

How long will it take to become a customer?
Once your application is received,Your credit application will be processed and you will be notified within 4 business days.

What are your Company terms?
Net 30 days from invoice date.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

What is the minimum opening order?
Our new account minimum opening order is $250.00.

What is the minimum reorder?
Reorders must be $100.00 or more. Any order under $100.00 is subject to a $20.00 service charge. To keep open account status you must purchase a minimum of $5,000 per year.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders are F.O.B. Strongsville, Ohio, unless otherwise stated prior to shipment. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

We can not ship any Flammable, Hazardous or ORM-D item via any air or ocean freight service.

How do I obtain a Darice catalog?
We are currently updating our main catalog. It will be available for purchase mid year.

Do you offer backorders?
We offer backorders only at customer’s request. We maintain one master backorder per customer. This master backorder contains all backordered items from your past orders, eliminating numerous small backorders. Each item will show the p.o. number from which it originated. All non-shipped items will be placed on backorder. When the total dollar amount of shippable merchandise exceeds $50.00 your backorder will be processed. All backordered items over 60 days old will be cancelled.

What is your return policy?
All returns must have authorization from the home office prior to being returned to receive full credit. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-4-Darice  (1-866 432-7423) to obtain a return authorization number. A claim form must accompany returns. Any authorized returned merchandise, which is damaged, and not resaleable or not in its original package may be subject to restocking and handling charges. Any merchandise deemed unsalvageable will be disposed of at the customer’s expense. Claims for shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving merchandise. A claim form is included with each shipment. Authorized returns should be sent to Darice, Inc., 13000 Darice Parkway, Strongsville Ohio 44149, Attention: Return Department
