Darice has a number of departments to satisfy all aspects of your business:

Order placement
We take orders via phone at: 1-866-4-Darice  (1-866 432-7423)
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You can also fax your orders to 440-238-1680, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will immediately fax back a confirmation (during normal business hours). You can always e-mail us at webmaster@darice.com if you have any questions.

Customer Service
We have a friendly and informed customer service staff that is up to date on the latest product information. They are available to answer any question including, order problems such as overages, shortages and damages, as well as tracing and expediting your orders. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern standard time at 1-866-4-Darice  (1-866 432-7423).

Sales
For more information regarding our product lines we have a knowledgable Sales force that is ready to service your account . The sales force offers planograms, pricing and product sourcing, product suggestions, promotional ideas and direct import opportunities to assist retailers and manufacturers in growing their business. Purchasing
We have one of the most creative and resourceful buying groups in the industry. They regularly canvass the globe looking for the next craft trend or new product idea to market to our customers. The Darice buying staff makes buying trips both nationally and internationally, including several trips to the Orient every year. We even have an office in China that is fully staffed to expedite and track our orders.

Design
Creative ideas aren't lacking in the Darice Design department. We have a group of crafters both on-site and freelancers that develop new projects using our craft and floral items. Check out the Darice Creative Craft sections and see some of the great projects they have developed.
